Morning Routines

Hey Close Friends,

I am a little over a month into being consistent with my morning routine and I am already seeing the positive influence it is having on my day! This is what it looks like….

  • Meditate for 20 min

  • Make Bed

  • I say out loud “Today is going to be a great day!”

  • “Alexa, play my Golden Era playlist”

    (check it out under Playlists!)

  • Do a little dance

  • 5 push ups

  • Brush Teeth/ Skin Care

  • Make Coffee

** I am not allowed to look at my phone until my coffee is made!

This routine has been a game changer for me. It makes me feel more energized and focused stepping into my work day and it also provides structure that is doing wonders for my mental health!
