Gratitude Walk

Hey Close Friends,

This past week was a bit of a stressful one. The biggest thing I am learning in my Golden Era is to prioritize my mental and physical health over work. It is so easy to let work take over and I very often put my personal needs on the back burner when this happens. In order to help shift my mindset, I am starting gratitude walks! The goal is to make my daily walks a little more intentional and find things all around me that I am grateful for. Gratitude is self-help 101 and I find that pairing it with a physical activity is the best things for my personal wellness.
Next time you’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed or just need a breather…. try going on a gratitude walk, it’s a game changer!
