Dancin’ Feet

Hey Close Friends,

Now that we’ve gotten intros out-of-the-way and are new friends, it’s time we learn the basics to a fundamental tool that will help us snap into our Golden Era. DANCING! Dancing is one of the best things you can do for yourself for many reasons! It helps you connect to your body, allows you to get out of your comfort zone, and it introduces play and silliness into your life. It also helps reduce stress and anxiety, while providing an enjoyable outlet to express yourself and boost your mood. The best part…there’s literally no rules for dancing, so you can’t do it wrong! First step… turn on a song you LOVE and start to move your body however you feel like! You can get funky, you can do claps, snaps or jumps, and honestly doesn’t matter what you do as long as you’re showing up to do it and treating your body to some joyful movement. Get those tippy toes a tappin’ and boogie down with me!
